I suffer from panic disorder and usually I recognize the symptoms of a panic attack and can stop it before it gets bad,but lately I have been experiencing other things for instance my neck throbs and "beats" hard with a little pain,my left arm hurts in the bicep muscle and my blood pressure was higher than usual, also my heart rate jumped to 100bpm!I'm concerned that there might be something else going on here.Can you help?
