I Suffer From Severe Hidradenitis Suppurativa That Has Led To

I suffer from severe hidradenitis suppurativa that has led to permanent hard tunnels that constantly drain smelly pus from my arm at the moment I am having a flare up and I am in a lot of pain, usually the pain is minimal and as I have had this for 6 years it is something I can bear however I am in a kit of pain and need advise I have been having bad flare ups for 3 weeks and have been treated with a course of erythromycin my doctor swabbed the wound the day he prescribed erythromycin and called me a week later to say he had done a prescription of metrinizadole. Over the last few days there was improvement now however I am back to square one barely able to lift my arms due to pain please let me know if there is anything else apart from antibiotics that I could try at home to relieve the pain.
