I Suffer From Trapped Wind, Very Rarely, But Yesturday I

I suffer from trapped wind, very rarely, but yesturday i had a very bad experience and had very painfull trapped wind for about 4/5 hours and couldn't get comfortable, it was around high tummy/lung/chest area, eventually got to sleep and woke up now with a sever pain, feeling of trapped wind in my left shoulder and i cannot seem to do anything to help it
