I Suffer With Conic Stomach Pain That The Last Time

I suffer with conic stomach pain that the last time was Oct. 2015. I has a belly button surgery a few years ago and ever since the pains are coming more free to and the pain is worse than childbirth. I was told I may have scar tissue from the belly button surgery and if they open up the stomach and remove the scar tissue it will only come back but worse. I need help as I cannot much longer go on with this HELP
