I Suffer With Severe Panic Attacks And Anxiety, I Take

I suffer with severe panic attacks and anxiety, I take Zoloft and have been for many years. I got the flu and sinus and went down to the chemist, they provided me with sudafed nasal spray I did advice them what medication I was in but she said it will be fine. Well I was using the spray since Thursday and stopped taking it yesterday morning at about 7am, I am now suffering with severe panic attacks and anxiety my doctor said it should wear off by today well today I have had continuous attacks to the point I’m so scared because I don’t want to go through this again
