I Suffer With Some Form Of Dermatitis. It Effects My

I suffer with some form of dermatitis. It effects my hands more my right but enough on my left. My hands get so bad it looks as if I have purposely cut them with some sort of blade!!! I have PMS-Desonide creams from my doctor, I also use a variety of hand creams to moisturize throughout the day. I put polysporon and Vaseline on with gloves at night! But lately I notice a dark yellow colour an my crusted hands and where my skin has flaked away too much those finger tips are hot and numb. Should I be concerned and is there anything I can do for the pain and discomfort?
