I Suffer With Tension Badly In My Neck And Shoulders

I suffer with tension badly in my neck and shoulders and get lower back pain, when my neck is very tight and shoulders I feel a heavy head and sometimes tingling and burning sensation on mainly my right side of scalp, head can you give me any answers please
