I Suffer With Vertigo Every Few Years, This Is Different,

I suffer with vertigo every few years, this is different, only way I can describe it, if you got jar of sweets and shake it, it’s like shaking inside and effecting my hands, went docs today said my blood pressure high, 160/75 never had high blood pressure in all my life so I got to have it taken next week, also got to have brain scan, I suffer from spinal problems, but this is not vertigo I have no headache just pressure and then now and then like little electric shocks
