I Suffer With Very Bad Pain In Both My Knees.

I suffer with very bad pain in both my knees. I suffer from hypermobility in a lot of my joints. I've had xrays and bone density scans done but everything came back ok. My knees will daily give way and always arch backwards. I have tried lots of different pain killers but nothing seems to work. The consultant has now give me local anaesthetic patches but they aren't helping either. I can't get an appointment with h till April now..I'm in agony and don't know what to do for the best
