I Suffered A Broken Collarbone Recently And Have Taken 300

I suffered a broken collarbone recently and have taken 300 mil co codimol i have been sick constantly and have pain in my stomach and abdamon difficulty passing urine and my stools were quite frequent up to 6 times a day; I have been sweating also .my pains area also in my abdomon. I have had a ex ray and have not broken any ribs. I fell onto pavement off my ladders about 6 foot high and was winded. I am unable to empty my stools today and my stomach feels bloated i have taken I.B.S. tablets today but has not helped.should i go back to the hospital.
