I Suffered A Widowmaker MI On The 7th Of April

I suffered a widowmaker MI on the 7th of April and have a mural thrombus in my left ventricle. One stent was fitted into the artery and I am on several medications including statins, beta blocker, aspirin, daltaparin for the clot, ramapril and clopidogrel. I also have pantoprazole to protect my stomach. I have read stories online and with heart charities which suggest my life expectancy could be limited and as a Dad to five young children, this is a scary prospect. My EF is approximately fifty per cent of normal but have received no information on the actual figure. I had an echo three weeks ago and was told that the clot had reduced only slightly and my heart function was the same as shortly after the heart attack. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
