I Suffered An Abrasion Just Above My Left Knee Two

I suffered an abrasion just above my left knee two days ago and now there is a clearish discharge and then interior flexor muscle and groin now hurt even at rest. The injury site is hot to the touch but there doesn't appear to be any radiation from the site of any discoloration.
