I Suffered An Acute Atteak Of Reactive Arthritis 20 Days

I suffered an acute atteak of reactive arthritis 20 days ago and I was put on NSIDS,Predmet 8mgm,Folitrax 7.5 mg weekly and Saaz DS bd. After few days I devolped edama of ankle joints.Rheumatologist says continue the same treatment nothing to worry,edema is due to swelling but nephrologists say stopp NSAIDS and SAAZ DS.My s creatininine is 1.2.What should I do.I am also a Doctor M.B.B.S
