I Suffered From Post-polio Paralysis Of Rt Upper N Let

I suffered from post-polio paralysis of rt upper n let lower limbs at the age of 2 years.Now I am 61 years old.My lt leg is a little shorter than rt leg. Due to limping n habit of giving body pressure on rt leg while walking, there is pain in rt foot n ankle for last 5-7years. Sometimes, there is electric shock-like feeling coming from ankle joint to knee joint. There is a feeling of muscle weakness at rt thigh for which I find it difficult to walk normally n to maintain body balance while climbing staircases. About 3 Years back, I got compression in l-3 n l-5 of spinal cord . There is pain n a feeling of numbness down the lt leg.I do not take any medicine and depending on physiotherapy only. Pl advise medication n other treatment support.
