Should I Seek Urgent Care While Waiting 20 Days For My Next ERCP Given My History Of Post-ERCP Pancreatitis, CBD Stones, And Elevated Liver Enzymes?

I suffered post ercp pancreatitis in May 2022 and had five pigtail drains in stomach in Oct 2022 which were Removed in phased manner and last drain was removed in Feb 2023. After that Gall bladder was removed in March 2023.Before that old cbd stent which was placed in May 2021 was replaced by new cbd stent as some muck was seen in cbd which was cleared in ercp and stent was placed. Even after ercp and stent insertion for second time,again some smaller stones ,largest being 2.5 mm have developed in cbd.The doctor has advised ercp for the third time and prescribed udilive 300 mg twice a day. After taking this medicine for 15 days I had fever 102 F on 30 May 2023 which has come down to below 99F with PCM twice a day. Blood tests show AST 407 ALT 291 GGTP 466 ALP 239 Bilirubin total 2.24 Bilirubin direct 1.41 Phosphorus 1.32 Rbc count 4.14 TLC 10.31 DLC Segmented neutrofills 90.50 Lymphocytes 5.10 Eosonophils 0.20 Platelet count 182 CRP 12.2 AMYLASE serum 61 Lipase 40. My present complaint is fever and pale urine. Ar present I am taking petaprazole and udilive 300 mg. Should I continue with these medicines Kindly suggest appropriate remedy as I am compelled to wait for 20 days for next ercp. Is this emergency or can I pull on with medication.
