I Sure Hope You Can, I Have Been Having Problems

I sure hope you can, I have been having problems with my sinuses, well this go around, since February 4th. I have very thick drainage, sinus pressure in face, headache and have been on antibiotic for 6 days, claritin D, musinex dm, and a nasal spray. I can breath through my nose it's literally the drainage, pressure, headache and constant cough almost like persistent dry cough trying to get that thick stuff out of my throat. Please help I don't know what else to do!
