I sure notice the dependency that my lungs have for the corticosteroid (Dulera) when I miss my 12 hour dose of two puffs so I wonder, when I am having a good breathing day for an eight year acute, exacerbated COPD sufferer is it not preferable to either only due one puff or none at all? In other words, is it not in my best interest to take this medicine as little as possible? After all, it is a steroid.
