I Suspect I May Have Eaten Something With A Few

I suspect I may have eaten something with a few tiny shards of glass in it. Most recently when I went the the restroom, I had a bowel movement and noticed when I wiped there was green mucus, which has never happened to me before. I have been bloated and have been really paranoid all day.
