I Suspect A Co-worker Is Being Abused. The Most Recent

I suspect a co-worker is being abused. The most recent incident in question is subconjunctive hemorrhage in both eyes. She says she had a migraine headache. Last time she had one eye affected, and said that she poked herself with something. There have been bruises and other questionable visible marks, but she always has a "reason". Can migraine cause bleeding in her eyes like that?
