I Suspect Abdominal Hernia. No Pain, But Sometimes I Have

I suspect abdominal hernia. No pain, but sometimes I have a burning sensation lasting just a few minutes. Other times, I feel as if there is something moving there, against resistance or friction, I can almost hear it as a vibration throughout my body, but coming from suspected hernia area. Sounds weird. These sensations are more intense for 24 hours after my physical work-outs lifting weights and core abdominal conditioning.
