I Suspect My Husband May Be Using Methamphetamine. He Admits

I suspect my husband may be using methamphetamine. He admits to marijuana and alcohol use, but denies other. And, he declined home drug test even though he said he would do a drug test. He has scheduled shoulder surgery for Sept. Will the doctor test for drugs prior to surgery?
