I Suspect That I Have A UTI. I Am A

I suspect that I have a UTI. I am a 53 year old, sexually active female - no menstruation since July, 2013. My symptoms are pressure at end of urine "stream", lower abdominal pain and a little blood in my urine - evident only when I wipe. I would like to try and confirm diagnosis and treatment. Also would like to know if a male can catch and/or pass a UTI from or to a female during sex?
