I Sustained A Bump On The Head Right Over My

I sustained a bump on the head right over my left eye this afternoon. Left a bruise and hard know approximately 1 square inch. Am applying ice pack, but wonder if there is anything additional I can do in order to make the swelling go down and the discoloration disappear quickly - Work tomorrow! Thanks. Jean Hollenshead
