I Swallowed 2 Ibuprofen Lysine Last Night Without Water And

I swallowed 2 Ibuprofen Lysine last night without water and they must have attached themselves to my esophagus on the way down, by the time I had a bottle of water and some food they were already 'stuck'. It is still burning a bit now when I eat or drink and it passes down that area. How long will it last? Is there anything I can do to help it? Can I take any more Ibuprofen now (with water!)?
