I Swallowed A Fairly Large Piece Of A Tortilla Chip

I swallowed a fairly large piece of a tortilla chip and it got stuck in my throat, I was able to get it all the way down by drinking a lot of water but it was painful as it scraped my throat with each attempt. Now hours later my throat is still sore when I swallow. Should I be concerned? And can I do anything to help it heal?
