I Swallowed A Fish Bone Accidentally, Very Skinny Sharp Bone,

I swallowed a fish bone accidentally, very skinny sharp bone, and didn't realize until too late. It is not caught in my throat, but wonder if I am at increase risk for perforation of small bowel as a result? I am taking 600 mg ibuprofen at least twice per day for orthopedic issue.
