I Swallowed A Small Plastic Hook From A Plastic Clothes

I swallowed a small plastic hook from a plastic clothes hanger yesterday over 24 hours ago and I feel as if I need to gag, I was chewing on it and when I laughed it felt like it went through so I tried to swallow it and I drank water immediately, I've been eating regularly and drinking lots of water, I feel as if something is stuck in my throat and my heart is beating faster than normal. What should I do? What happened?
