I Swallowed A Supplément That Got Caught Somewhere. Not Sure

I swallowed a supplément that got caught somewhere. Not sure where (esophagus or wind pipe). I eventually coughed up part of it. But it's burning (perhaps as it dissolves). My throat is really score from coughing and it feels like part of the supplément is still there. Any suggestions?
