I Swallowed An Earring Stud Without The Back On It

I swallowed an earring stud without the back on it and also two backs to the earrings. They were in a Dixie cup got up in the night and filled it with water and did not know that they were there. That was two days ago, I feel nauseas. Could this earring anyway get caught in my chest area and not have traveled down?
