I Swam A Mile Last Week And Had Severe Soreness

I swam a mile last week and had severe soreness and pain in my left shoulder. I took aleve all week and didn't use it. It's now mostly pain free but i noticed that the bump where my clavicle connects to my shoulder is much higher on my left side.

any cause for concern??
