I Swim About 5mi/wk And Have Fluid In The Ear

I swim about 5mi/wk and have fluid in the ear for about 3-4wks now. I've tried rubbing alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, swimmer's ear. I've taken aspirin a few times when it started bothering me as well as a decongestant even though I don't feel congested. It's a little sore but really just annoying. What else can I try? Can a GP help or do I just need to go directly to a ENT?
