I TAke 10 Mg Of Lisinopril And Started Metoprolol 50

I tAke 10 mg of Lisinopril and started Metoprolol 50 mg . Both in the AM.I take10 mg Citalopramin
In the P m. The last week or so I have been feeling VERY anxious in the morning . I have a headache most of the day as well . Can the new Metoprolo be the cause ?

I thought I could ask a Doctor a general question without being charged ! I just wanted to know if this is something to worry about .
