I Take .088mg Of Levothroxine Daily And Recently Changed Pharmacies

I take .088mg of Levothroxine daily and recently changed Pharmacies and received a different pill. Since then my blood pressure has been elevated at times and I have been dizzy, shakey and some heart flutters.
Can the change in pills cause these side effects?
