I Take 2 25mg Tablets Of Zoloft Before Bed. I

I take 2 25mg tablets of Zoloft before bed. I have been for approximately two weeks and now it has left a terrible tightness and burning sensation from my throat to my stomach. I started on only 1 25 mg tablet four weeks prior and this is the first time this has occurred. What can I do to soothe it. I did not take the pill dry. I am diagnosed with panic disorder and anxiety. I also take Klonipin at night 0.25mg. Any advice would be very nice because this pain is making me feel very panicky.
