I Take 25 Mg 3 Pills Twice A Day, Fell

I take 25 mg 3 pills twice a day, fell asleep early last evening and did not wake up till this am. Have been dizzy all day, can hear this clicking in my head?? My neurologist has been seeing me for almost a year and is suddenly unsure if I am having siezures. I upset him because I contined to drive, I am an lpn and do understand his situation. My siezures where diagnoses as partial. I did not fall to the floor they where more like episodes of "being out of it" I am do to see a neuropsychologist for testing anyway could I feel this way from skipping the medication?
