I Take 3 Medications Daily: Zoloft, Losart An And A

I take 3 medications daily: Zoloft, Losart an and a thyroid compound of t3/t4.

I've been pretty miserable with congestion and stuffiness, so I finally decided to take Mucinex Fast Max to let me have some moments of non-misery...only to realize afterward, there's a potential conflict. Will I be ok, or should I just watch for reactions. I hadn't taken any of my daily meds for at least 8 hours. It's been over an hour and I don't see any odd reaction symptoms.

I guess I just want an opinion of if I'd be ok to take it again tonight if I don't take my other 2 non-thyroid medications or should I just tough out this illness?
