I Take 30 Mg Of Norco A Day For 4

I take 30 mg of norco a day for 4 years. Been tapering. On 20mg now. How bad are my withdrals gonna be. Gonna get withdrawl ease and taper off with it. Any advice fr me. Tried cold turkey but work got in the way have a week off. What should i do to make this happen. I have had enough.
