I Take 40 Mg Pantoprazol Nightly. I Mistakenly Took 80

I take 40 mg pantoprazol nightly. I mistakenly took 80 mg for 4 days. I have had the best week since before Christmas. I can eat, my stomach doesn't hurt. I know I can't take this much, so what do I do. Last night I went back to 40 mg and in less than 24 hours I am having severe stomach pain and cannot eat. Yes I eat but eat small potions, soft food, no red. Real low acid food. I am and have been miserable and no one seems to take me seriously. Have had lots of tests.
