I take 50 mg of metoprolol daily, also 500 mg of hydoxyurea daily. Naturally, as a result I am experiencing marked hair thinning. Is there an alternate to the beta blocker, and, since hydroxyurea is a low grade chemo drug. Will I be able to regrow my hair if I no longer take both drugs.
