I Take 6 Mg Of Ativan A Day. Supposed To

I take 6 mg of ativan a day. supposed to be for vocal cord dysfunction. I have been taking this for about 9 years. I have memory loss, forgetfullness, no sex drive, no interest in anything, mood changes and recently i have had pharyngitis for 3 months. Can ativan cause this?
