I Take 60mg Of OxyContin Every 6 Hours. My Ortho

I take 60mg of OxyContin every 6 hours. My ortho doctor had reckamended shots of Demoral/Visterol for breakthrough pain. I kave a PCA here 24 hours a day because I have degenerative joint and disk problems for which I have gone through 2 surgeries on my back to chisel out artritis and a neck fusion. Sometime in 2007 they had 3 levals of thoasic bones fuse themselves. Now my hips are growing artheitis and can't spread apart more than 12 inches. My doc was trying 4mg of Diluid but I don't even feel it. I also developed a heart problem in which the top last valve isn't shutting so they lowered my respirations to 60 from 90. what do you think?
