I Take 900mg Lithium At Night, Along With Benztropine For

I take 900mg Lithium at night, along with Benztropine for anxiety at pm & am. I also have insomnia so I take OTC Tylenol pm at bedtime. I've been having grogginess in the am and still having major insomnia. Does it matter if I take anxiety med, lithium and sleep aid all together or should I space it out ?
