I Take Coumadin, Glipizide,medformin, Lasix, Metoprolol Tartrate, Anastrozole, Klor Con,aspirin

I take Coumadin, glipizide,medformin, Lasix, metoprolol tartrate, anastrozole, klor con,aspirin and neupro (rotigotine transdermal system, do any of these interfere with each other? I started tremors recently the dr thinks it could be early on set of Parkinson Disease. Coulc the tremors be cause by anyof these medications or combination? Thank you
