I Take Creon As A Digestive Enzyme Due To Partial

I take Creon as a digestive enzyme due to partial removal of my pancreas. The price of this drug has recently tripled due to a change in my insurance. I recall previously taking a similar drug called vicase. Is this the same drug. Can it be substituted for Creon?
