I Take Pristiq 50 Mg, Synthroid 25 Mcg, 1.25 Premarin,

I take Pristiq 50 mg, Synthroid 25 mcg, 1.25 Premarin, 40 mg Nexium, multivitamin, 2000 mg Vitamin D, B Complex supplement. My feet & ankles as well as my lower legs have been swelling. Does anything I take regularly have anything to do with this? Haven't injured myself. Woke up this morning with even top of my left foot swelled in my toes. Have regular osteoarthritic pain & some swelling in wrists with other knee pain. Have been on all but Pristiq & Synthroid for over 3 years. No weight gain until this last year or swelling until last couple of months. Could the Pristiq cause this? Pain in joints started out of the blue. Never had this before. Bladder control is not good since taking Pristiq. Could either of my meds be causing this?
