I Take Valsartan-Hydrochloroth 160/25. I Took My Meds Late This

I take Valsartan-Hydrochloroth 160/25. I took my meds late this morning and by accident took another one at 11pm - I went to take a tylenol and was on auto piolet and took the blood pressure meds by accident - so my question is do I need to be concerned?
