I take Xanax for anxiety for 5 years I take .5 mg sometimes 2 times at day sometimes 1 time sometimes not at all and about 8times in my life have taken more thats mainly when I travel or have had too much too drink . I didn't know you are not supposed to take Xanax before or after drinking? How long should you wait to have drinks after taking Xanax to avoid health problems ? And how long after drinking is it okay to take Xanax ?
