I Take A 10 Mg Tablet Of Bystolic Once A

I take a 10 mg tablet of bystolic once a day. I have been taking it for a little over one year. I have noticed fairly recently that I sometimes feel some tightness in my chest area. There is no pain, just a slight feeling of tightness occasionally. I usually feel it at night. I am a 47 year old female in pretty good health aside from my hypertension. Should I been concerned about the possibility of having a heart attack?
