I Take A Blood Thinner, Fell And Bruised Severely My

I take a blood thinner, fell and bruised severely my left arm from wrist to elbow. Then, one week later, fell and have a big hematoma on the right thigh. Both were painful but my question is now the blood from the one on the thigh is running down my inner and outer leg below the knee. Is this normal?
