I Take A Half To 1 Clonazepam At Night And

I take a half to 1 clonazepam at night and I was may have taken 1 1/2 instaead by accicent, I have ms and I think I thought I had not taken my usual dose. I needed the whole tablet tonight because of a muscle spasm. After taking the whole one it cam to me that I may have already taken a half of clonozepam. Will I be o.k. to go to bed. I know that I will sleep good tonight. My concern is that I have taken too much by accident.
